We welcome you to learn more about this program and how you can win fun, cool prizes during your visits with our orthodontist in Eagan, Lakeville and Prior Lake, Minnesota. At our practice, your care is important to us, and we created this rewards program to thank you for being a great patient and helping us achieve the Best Dentist award in 2017, our third year in a row!

How to earn tokens:

• Refer a friend who starts orthodontic treatment: 50 tokens
• First day of braces: 5 tokens
• Check-in on Facebook: 1 token
• Post a photo to our Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram page: 1 token
• No loose brackets or bands, excellent rubber band wear, and on time for your appointment: 1 token

You can start redeeming your tokens for prizes with as little as 10 tokens! Bring your tokens to the front desk and let one of the staff members know what prize you would like.

The Rules:

1. Tokens are given for regularly scheduled appointments only (not emergency appointments).
2. Gift cards or tokens are not redeemable for cash.
3. Your account must be current in order to redeem your prize.
4. Prizes/tokens are subject to change at any time.
